Construction Management

At HGR we also offer Construction Management on behalf of the Owner or Owner’s Representative. This professional service provides our clients with an approach to total project coordination. The role of HGR is not to replace any other profession including the General Contractor, but to assist all trades/professions in meeting the goals of providing a project on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. As a Construction Manager, HGR monitors the work and progress of trades, provides project coordination and documentation, facilitates coordination, and follows-up on details and issues until resolved to maximize the value of the construction budget for our clients.
