Aldi St. Cloud

Aldi 2207 St. Cloud is 22,569 sf and was completed in partnership with Aldi (Florida) LLC, and Interplan, LLC. Scope consisted of converting a former Winn Dixie store in to two spaces, a new Aldi and an empty future tenant space. HGR is currently an aligned contractor with Aldi Stores with plans to complete dozens more of these conversions.
