58,000 square foot multi-story project inclusive of sitework which has a very unique underground water retention system. Project location has logistical challenges that were a great lesson and ones that we apply to other multi-story Publix projects.

120,000 square foot movie cinema inclusive of 12 theaters and associated sitework. This project includes unique food and beverage areas where patrons are able to purchase elevated food options as beer, wine and cocktails served by wait staff.

56,918 SF Publix Super Market located in Lake Nona, Florida. This project consisted of a site package, Publix Super Market and 22,000 square feet of retail.

Multi-phased ground up retail project with onsite and off-site site work construction. This project included 123,600 square feet of inline retail consisting of a Burlington, Marshalls, Home Goods, Five Below, Lee Nails, and Rack Room Shoes. This project also included a 9,250 square foot Out Parcel, 2,515 square foot Starbucks and a 2,330 square foot Chipotle.

Ground up construction of a three story 52,216 square foot Publix on a 2.1 acre site. To help reduce the store's footprint and environmental impact, a multilevel underground parking garage occupies the first two levels along with 1,600 square feet of retail. This project also included demo of existing structures as well as site work.

New construction of a 54,000 square foot Publix prototype in a multi-story mixed-use mid-rise in Downtown Orlando, FL.

Ground up new construction of a 41,000 square foot Walmart Neighborhood Market in The Villages. This project had high end elevated finishes on all 4 sides as it resides in a very decorative part of town. This project also includes a fuel station.

Aldi 2523 The Villages is 23,567 sf and completed in partnership with Aldi (Florida) LLC and APD Engineering & Architecture.

New construction 7-11 convenience store including fuel station located near Disney property. This project had a heavily themed design due to it's proximity of Florida's entertainment parks.

10,000 square foot outparcel for GAP stores at Orlando Premium Outlets.

New Trader Joe's locations coming soon in multiple locations throughout the Southeast.

Ground-up 3500 square foot bank branch including sitework in Orlando, FL awarded LEED certification.

This brand-new multi-story Publix is on 1.41 acres of land and has a Publix on the lower level with parking on the mid and upper levels of the building. This project is located 0.2 miles from the beach and less than 0.1 miles from the intracoastal.
